Not crazy about the GREEN or the font….
I think I still like #1 better, but #4 isn’t bad at all. Your picture mutes the distracting shapes and … ohh, shiny! 🙂

I’m with Jay on the green font. Looks real sci-fi….but maybe that’s what you’re going for.
In my opinion number one is the best out of the two. The only thing about number two I like is the sphere. It matches your nice beard, but all the grey in the background just brings the image down.
#1, it compliments your eyes.
Of the two, I like #1 better, by a hair (not the grey one).
I’m in favor of #1. The blue highlights your eyes, like Brent said.
