I bought a George Foreman Grill yesterday from Overstock.com.
I currently use a grill plate on top of an electric stove. It tends to reek havoc while cooking as I never seem to get the ends the same temp. (The burners are different sizes)
I’ll let you know how it turns out. Everyone I’ve talked to who has one, loves it.
Exactly what does one cook with the Foreman grill? Is it kinda like a sandwich press?
The George Foreman Grill is one of the only things I’ve ever seen advertised on TV that delivers. IT IS AWESOME. Don’t forget to buy a strong plastic scrub brush.
Also: If you cook fish on it – be sure to scrub it immediately. Often fish oil will get into the grill so when you fire it up to cook chicken, you might smell fish again. That or don’t cook fish on it – especially catfish.
